ABOUT US

Incorporated in year 2006, BMI Trust (Ballerina Management Institute) has been promoting the various rural issues and through its projects. We have taken up issues pertaining particularly to rural women with a committed, uncompromising and supportive approach. We started with 3 programs named SWAPNAPURTI, DOORDRISHTI AND SWAPNASHRISTI focusing mainly on the rural development and upliftment. These programs could cover a vast array of work from education to health to environmental protection. 

We provide counseling and educate with the help of enterprise and long term result oriented training programs. In our work most important thing is empathy you need to try to understand what the person you help needs,. For example we just can’t talk about health , hygiene and importance of education to a women who is preoccupied by the thought of the next meal to her family.

Along with the support of our staff and volunteers and their continuous efforts to making the society better, we are now working on 2 new programs for SENIOR CITIZENS AND the VISUALLY IMPAIRED. Our community contribution and team effort has helped us associate with the UNITED NATIONS (ECOSOC) and NITI AAYOG. 

I hope that our unending effort for our programs will help carve a new path for future generations to create a society of love, peace and empathy.
